Day 1: Diani Beach – Tsavo West National Park
Early morning departure via the scenic Mombasa-Nairobi highway. Arrive at Tsavo West for lunch, followed by your first game drive exploring the park’s rugged terrain and wildlife.
Overnight: Tsavo West Safari Lodge or Tented Camp of your choice

Day 2: Tsavo West – Amboseli National Park
Morning game drive and a visit to Mzima Springs, teeming with hippos and crocodiles. Continue to Amboseli for an afternoon safari against the backdrop of snow-capped Kilimanjaro.
Optional visit to a Masai Village available.
Overnight: Amboseli Safari Lodge or Tented Camp

Day 3: Amboseli – Diani Beach
Catch the sunrise and enjoy a final morning game drive in Amboseli. After breakfast, begin the return journey to Diani Beach, with a lunch stop overlooking Tsavo East Park.
Arrive back in the late afternoon.

Day 01 :

Daily Itinerary

Diani Beach – Tsavo West National Park

Distance: Approx. 270 km | Driving Time: 4–5 hours
Meal Plan: Lunch, Dinner

We’ll pick you up early from your Diani Beach resort and begin our adventure by crossing the Likoni Ferry into Mombasa, where we join the Nairobi highway. The smooth tarmac road allows for scenic views and refreshment stops along the way.

Arriving at Tsavo West National Park, we begin our first game drive, tracking elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffalo, zebras, ostriches, and more across the park’s dramatic volcanic landscapes.

Later in the afternoon, we’ll visit the Rhino Sanctuary, where we’ll search for this rare and endangered species.

Overnight: At your preferred Tsavo West lodge or tented camp.

Day 02 :

Tsavo West – Amboseli National Park

Distance: Approx. 100 km | Driving Time: 2 hours
Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

“The early bird catches the worm!” We begin the day with a sunrise game drive through Tsavo West, soaking in the morning’s golden light as the wilderness awakens.

A highlight of the morning is a visit to Mzima Springs, a lush oasis where you may spot hippos, crocodiles, colorful fish, and numerous bird species amidst cool greenery—a stark contrast to the park’s rugged terrain.

After this refreshing stop, we’ll journey to Amboseli National Park, arriving in time for lunch and afternoon game viewing.

Amboseli offers relaxed, open-sky wildlife watching with iconic views of Mt. Kilimanjaro standing sentinel over the plains. If the weather is kind, you may witness its snow-capped peak revealed in the late afternoon light.

Overnight: At your preferred Amboseli safari lodge or tented camp.

Day 03 :

Amboseli – Diani Beach

Distance: Approx. 515 km | Driving Time: ~8 hours with lunch stop
Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch

We’ll be up early once again to catch the rising sun and, if the skies are clear, a breathtaking final glimpse of Mount Kilimanjaro’s snow-capped peak.

After breakfast, we begin our journey back to the coast, enjoying a brief exit game drive through Amboseli.

Our route includes a lunch stop at a scenic restaurant overlooking Tsavo East, offering a perfect pause before continuing the drive.

Expect to arrive back in Diani Beach by late afternoon or early evening, with drop-off at your resort or beach accommodation.
