Day 1: Diani Beach – Tsavo West National Park (270 km / ~5 hrs)
Your safari begins at sunrise with a pick-up from your resort. Travel via the Likoni Ferry through Mombasa, then journey inland on the scenic Nairobi-Mombasa highway.
Enter Tsavo West National Park, renowned for its rugged beauty—lava flows, volcanic hills, and sweeping savannahs. Enjoy your first game drives as you spot elephants, leopards, buffalo, giraffes, and possibly visit the protected Rhino Sanctuary.
Overnight at a safari lodge or tented camp within Tsavo West.
Day 2: Tsavo West – Amboseli National Park (100 km / ~2.5 hrs)
Rise with the sun for a morning game drive. After breakfast, explore the magical Mzima Springs on foot—home to hippos, crocodiles, and vibrant birdlife.
Then travel south to Amboseli National Park, where the snow-capped peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro towers above the plains. Settle in and head out for an afternoon game drive in search of elephants, lions, cheetahs, and more.
Dinner and overnight stay at a lodge/camp in Amboseli.
Day 3: Full Day in Amboseli
Start your day early with a game drive and (weather permitting) spectacular sunrise views of Mt. Kilimanjaro. After breakfast, enjoy relaxed wildlife spotting throughout the park—elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, and predators like lions and hyenas roam freely.
Optional: Visit a nearby Maasai village for cultural immersion (arranged by your guide).
Spend the rest of the day at your own pace—game viewing or relaxing at your lodge.
Day 4: Amboseli – Tsavo East National Park (320 km / ~5 hrs)
After a morning game drive and breakfast, travel across scenic terrain to Tsavo East, one of Kenya’s oldest and largest parks. Known for its vast open landscapes and dust-red elephants, this park offers an authentic wilderness experience.
Enjoy an afternoon game drive spotting lions, leopards, hippos, crocodiles, kudu, and more.
Overnight at your selected safari lodge or tented camp in Tsavo East.
Day 5: Tsavo East – Diani Beach (200 km / ~5 hrs)
Your final safari morning begins with a game drive across the sweeping savannas of Tsavo East. Watch as wildlife gathers at natural and man-made water sources.
Lunch will be served at a scenic open-air restaurant overlooking the plains—an ideal place to reflect on your journey.
After lunch, enjoy a relaxed drive back to Diani Beach, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening.
